Find Your Nature Circle

Every third Friday from 8:30-9:00am (EST), join other Earth lovers and conservationists to take a 30 min pause to calm, create, and connect. Each month will follow the same general flow, but will include different nature inspired practices.  We will spend a little time centering through things like meditation and breathing, using our creativity to help process some of our emotions from the week, as well as time to connect with others through sharing with pairs, trios, or the group.
