Seasonal Soul Session WINTER

Our FYN Seasonal Soul Sessions are held four times a year at the change of the season. In 2024, these sessions will be held at Hebron Hill, a "quiet haven of rest and renewal on 100+ beautifully preserved acres in Albemarle County, Virginia".  Participants will engage in restorative and creative practices that help deepen connection to self, community, and nature.  For the Winter Seasonal Soul Session, we'll be embracing the winter in a quiet space to experience unhurried reflection, warmth and nourishment in community, and the power of creating moments of solitude. 10am-Noon Opening and Reflection

The morning starts in the loft where we’ll have tea/coffee and an opening circle with meditation and overview of what a Seasonal Soul Session is. We will then take a short 5-10 min walk down to the firepit by the creek. We’ll find our own special spot to journal about 2023, followed by a meditation.

Noon-1pm Lunch and Rest

Up at the loft, we’ll enjoy a nourishing crockpot meal that will be provided, but folks are also invited to bring something to share. After lunch we’ll enjoy some rest time.

1-3pm Exploration and Looking Forward

We’ll get creative with a drawing exercise that brings your inner world to life to be seen in a new light. Then we’ll head back outside to enjoy a mindful walk with the natural world. We’ll meet back down at the fire pit to close out with some journaling and a closing circle.

3-5pm Solitude Time 

This is time set aside for you to practice following your own intention on what you need most. There will be books and resources to explore and I’ll be available to talk one-on-one if you are interested in creating your own Seasonal Soul Session back home or have an interest in individual coaching.

Group size is limited to 15 participants. RSVP Required by January 7, 2024.  Cost per person is $100. However, we do not want cost to be the prohibiting factor.
