About the event
Our FYN Seasonal Soul Sessions are held four times a year at the change of the season. In 2024, these sessions will be held at , a "quiet haven of rest and renewal on 100+ beautifully preserved acres in Albemarle County, Virginia". Participants will engage in restorative and creative practices that help deepen connection to self, community, and nature. For the Winter Seasonal Soul Session, we'll be embracing the winter in a quiet space to experience unhurried reflection, warmth and nourishment in community, and the power of creating moments of solitude.
