Wandering with Trees

Join Find Your Nature for a restorative mid-week nature connection practice at Yaupon Place and Shalom Farms in Northside Richmond. Each gathering will follow the same general structure, but you will be introduced to new practices to center through breathing exercises and meditation, to create through mindful drawing, watercolor, and journaling, and connect with others through gentle ways of sharing, holding others stories, and simply experiencing nature with others.

We will always meet at 5:30pm under the pavilion at Shalom Farm. From there we will head out into the fields at Shalom Farms or under the trees at Yaupon Place. There is water available, a restroom, and picnic tables and benches for seating. All supplies will be provided, but please bring your own water bottle and journal. Space is limited to 12 participants in order to keep the group small and intimate. This event is for adults over 18 years…
